LaWanda Speas has been with NWCDC since 1988 and is a teacher of the toddlers. Ms. LaWanda encourages learning about new things in a nurturing environment. She provides her class the opportunity to master tasks that are appropriate for their individual development. In addition to creating outerwear garments, for fun, Ms. LaWanda loves to bake delicious desserts, like double chocolate brownies which she works off by playing a tough game of tennis. |
